I was just terminated from pam transport. They said i was too angry and rude to shippers and managers on the phone.

I have 1 accident on record from my first week. I hit another trucker's tractor. He lost his bumper and mirror. I have a failure to obey stop sign violation from january 2020.

I have 11 weeks of experience. Wondering if trucking is still viable.

I like otr but would consider other options.

I am based out of orlando florida. One thing im not sure if i would do another training phase unless necessary.

Instead of a training phase would you consider an anger management class?

If your go to response is anger you may be in the wrong business. My outlook is to have the attitude of a stone cold killer behind the wheel and dealing with shippers and managers.

Nothing I can do except watch out for myself and keep those paychecks coming in.

It's also helpful to remember you're probably making at least twice as much as they are, or, you can be.

Angry, rude and impatient are a bad mix for a truck driver.

That's good advice. I was making 35 cents a mile at pam...pretty much bottom of the barrel all around.

I am money hungry. Maybe i should run local or something.

If you have anger issues doing OTR, local will be a lot worse for your anger.
