New Drivers, your first year will most likely suck. You’ll get the oldest truck in the fleet, you’ll pull the loads no one wants, you will not get much home time, and your compensation won’t be great. My first 54 weeks I made $64,793. Get your experience, keep your nose clean. Learn! Do your research. My second year in trucking and my year to date income for 34 weeks is $63,309. That works out to $96,825 for a second year trucker. Research.

that aint true. theres a few spot that are pretty difficult. is not that you can not do it.is just that with a spotter its way easier.
-
that is the thing. new drivers barely know what they are getting in to. . like for example when i first started i almost got suckered punch in england logistics with their "DRIVER TRAINING" FOR $4000. and .11 cpm as a team to start. this are the kind of things that i would like for new drivers to know before they sign their soul on something like that.

I carry my own spotter....
My feet and eyes.
I get directed to a post, truck etc. whose at fault.
It ain't the spotter.
You need help just ask. I'm more than happy to. -
boss i am sorry but do you really think 100k is great money? i mean i understand is not a small amount. but i will quote this that i found online
However, the average truck driver during this era was well-paid. It was the sort of high-quality, blue-collar job that many lament doesn't exist today. In 1977, the mean earnings of a unionized truck driver stood at $96,552 in 2018 dollars. At least 80% of drivers were unionized at this time.
YOU ARE MAKING THE SAME MONEY AS TRUCKERS WERE MAKING IN 1977 YET DUE TO INFLATION THAT KIND OF MONEY IS WORTH NOTHING. WE SHOULD BE MAKING 150K AS DRIVERS. UNDERSTAND THIS PLEASE -
yeah but not a lot of people likr HELPING
-
I think you're wrong about truckers and humanity but what do I know.
-
i will change my mind when i stop seeing videos laughing at drivers and start seeing more people helping them
