Hi all, been an owner operator for 11 yrs. and I need your input on how to deal with my current situation. I took my truck to the dealer for a coolant leak and after doing pressure test they determined that it was coming from vent line tube. I approved the repair and after 5 days the repair was completed. I took a load to San Diego and found out that it is still leaking coolant. So I took it back and was told that it would be the head gaskets. In the process of making this repair they found out that one of the cylinder liner is somewhat loose. They suggested to do an in frame rebuilt which I approved. Almost a month later just when I was expecting to pick up my truck I get a call from them just to let me know that I wont be able to pick it up because after the test drive they found out that coolant is getting into the cylinder. Does it usually take this long to do an in frame? Tired of trying to get at least a timeframe from them and I cant definitely afford to sit this long. Should I get legal assistance?
