Those invisible people, But seriously I heard this from a fire marshall at the Flyin J in Florida
-
-
If the curb is painted yellow or red it is a fire lane and any police officer or fire marshall can write a big ### ticket for parking in it.
-
No. Different laws in different states. Yellow curb in the city I worked in wasn't a fire lane. Red was and it was also signed. Yellow was no parking and was a 20 dollar ticket. Fire lane was over a 100. Maybe get towed too. A lot of parking regulations are also governed by city ordinance.
Big Don Thanks this. -
so far as i know fines have been around awhile for that and tows, fire hydrants have a no parking zone as well.
-
it would help a individual to be aware of signs and what yellow , green, white and
red zones stand for / mean.spyder7723 Thanks this. -
we all know blue and yellow and or white means a handicap zone and is ticket able... right ?
-
The white zone is for the immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. No parking!
