Yeah - you're proposing holding the load hostage. Deliver the load and hold the BOL - that's what you signed up for, delivering the load.

Then learn the lessons from the advice posted, and go on - making better decisions.

If I had to guess, you won't be here to help or contribute, you'll move on to other 'opportunities' until you either sink or swim.

And we won't hear from you again.

I hope you swim - but you have to remember there's a lot of folks that are waiting for their ill prepared competition (you) to fall by the wayside.

 

Because that's how you handle that situation as a business owner. Take the hit, learn the lesson, do what you agreed to - go home, recoup.
