    I believe New Mexico does a hybrid ifta thing, partial cents per gallon and partial mileage tax.

    If I'm not mistaken Alaska, Hawaii & D.C. are the only non IFTA participants in the U.S.

    Haven't been to Oregon in ages but haven't had any problems in New Mexico or Kentucky in regards to IFTA.
