    Heard a new rumor this week.......one from a USA driver, same thing from a mechanic at a TA.....is PAM buying out USA? I thought things were getting better. Just wanted to know how true this is!

    The USA driver probably heard it from the mechanic at the TA as well. Next week someone else will be buying us out. I don't think PAM is in any position to buy lunch let alone another company. I dont know where PAM is running now but I rarely see any of their trucks on the road anymore.

    For the first quarter, USA Truck (Nasdaq: USAK) reported revenue of $105 million, up 7 percent from the same period in 2012. Still, the company reported a loss of $2.5 million or 24 cents per share. It was an improvement from a $4.9 million first-quarter loss — 47 cents per share — in 2012.
