Yahoo is reporting today Knight Transportation has made a offer to buy Usa Truck

 

I believe EVERYTHING talked about at the truck stop coffee counter, and what Dave nemo says on the radio. After all isn't he the trucking god?

 

USA rejected the offer so knight is offering $9 a share to the share holders. Sounds like a possible hostile takeover attempt.

This is where all the institutional ownership will weigh in. My guess is they will take the offer since USAK hasn't done much of anything to create value unless you happened to get in a 2.65 a share earlier this year.
