    I got an OWI (high BAC) and refusal to PBT in October 19'. Next round of driving school is in Jan 21'. Am I going to be able to obtain employment after completion? Thanks.

    If you had a OWI (DUI) conviction in 2019, than your chances of having any company's insurance approve you for hire are slim and none.

    I thought it was 5 years, cdl will be inactive, happened to a guy that used to work with me, he didn’t have a cdl, got a DUI, 4 years later got a cdl, and they wouldn’t activate it for another year.

    That depends on the company. You'll have to call various companies and see where their stance is on that. I'd say you'll have trouble being that it's so fresh but the companies themselves can better tell you.
