$0.25 a mile at Swift for solos
$0.16 a mile at Swift for teams
these are the new driver though, pay goes up in increments over time.

CRST $0.22 split between the team (I heard) which is $0.11 cents per mile per teammate compared to $0.16 a mile to each teammate at Swift.

Best thing is to call the recruiters for each company to find out for reals. Apply at all the companies you can right now, just because they accept you doesn't mean you are obligated to go with them. You got the CDL, you got the power.

I try to talk to other drivers with other companies every chance I get and I have talked to several CRST drivers. They are entirely team which might be a drawback if you discover you really cannot tolerate living in the space of a walk-in closet with someone else. (Once you realize most of the dust in your truck is dead skin cells it might raise the entirely gross question, "Is this dust mine or my teammates?".) You would have to change companies to go solo. By the way, what are the reasons you are considering team driving?
