I've been driving for over 30 years and this is in my top trucking companies. Beautiful building with a clean garage and an awesome drivers room. The parking lot is paved with fuel on premises. They want you to run legal, they have an excellent CSA score, with that, comes getting the green light on prepass, almost every time. They run paper logs, which I prefer. They run late model Peterbilt tractors. They have 3 all Crome spread axle trailers. You look super cool going down the road but I've had a couple breakdowns with these trailers. There other trailers are newer and have had no problems. Every time you come into the yard, which is every week, they wash out your trailer. You can wash you truck every week, if you want. I can't say enough good things about this company. There a very small company but they cater 100% to the driver. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that, they expect you to have a 100% on time and delivery record. I have never been late but at times I have felt stressed out.

Good info, and it sounds like you are happy, but I do have a question. You seemed like you had to search for a negative, so I assume you don't really think them expecting you to do your job is negative, right?

Is that blue Pete on the website one of their trucks?
    How much experience is required?
Guess it was the owners truck and he sold it.

Well, I guess you've never had a migraine or stayed up all night dealing with a Family situation and found it hard to do a whole days work the following day.

Hard, yes, but I still do what I say I'm going to do. That's just who I am. You didn't answer the question though.

If you don't understand what I'm saying, your either a rockie or just someone that likes to argue. Based on 32 years of driving, there a good company to work for. I think that's all you need to know.

I made that observation in my first post based off of your first post. My simple question was why would you fault a company for expecting their employees to do a job they agreed to do?

They seemed good. I was going to go with them but didn't like what/how they were paying plus I would've just been doing socal (from vegas) with multiple stops while the guys from MN got to drop in Vegas and turn back around (sweet gig 4 those guys) hahaha. I liked the trucks though, best seat I've ever sat on for sure.

I just brain surgery and couldn't handle the high altitude so I ran from the Minnesota yard to Florida and Texas. I can see how you wouldn't like that gig, Running from Southern Cal to Vegas, you might as well get a local job and get paid by the hour.
