i stayed away from the forums for a week and so did everyone else.....
So how is everyone that lurks in the Health Forum ? Have ya been eating healthier. Getting some exercise ?
Riding a Bike or leg/back stretches ? Or "demonized" fried foods and ate fruit instead ?
Spring is here and i've been walking and bike riding more often, i get stiff from sitting and with more daylight, it's nice to get away from the truck even if it's just a 5 minute walk around the lot.
