    Flat/step can be pretty lucrative if your leased on with someone who has some good direct contracts or have your own when its busy. I would say more so than the tanker world.

    I'm a bit confused. Your title says O/O,.. yet your asking about CPM or Percentage????

    Are you asking what a company driver makes working for an O/O?

    What exactly are you asking?

    Because the way you worded this it sounds like a CRST, Swift, Werner, Stevens (Insert your own mega fleet here) driver with maybe 6 months experience making a post like this.

    An experienced driver would not be asking this,.. or at the very least,.. not the way you have worded it.

    What I was saying is with a tank you will never haul more than one load at a time.
    There is money in tanks and all you need to worry about is how many miles you can get a week.
