I’ve read the website, it doesn’t give an exact answer to every question

You guys aren’t so random, this is a forum where you can ask questions and also a place with truckers who have been in my exact situation and drivers who may be from and or cross into Canada everyday. And I’ve gotten useful advice from some of the commenters here before.kemosabi49 Thanks this.

I found what @wis bang posted in about 15 minutes of looking at the official web site.

Nobody knows your exact situation because you’ve been vague about everything. Maybe if you said exactly why you were denied then maybe someone could chime in who has been in your situation. Lots of people have been denied entry for lots of different reasons.CruzControhl2 Thanks this.

I got a misdemeanor, my employer was a consistently went to Canada and wanted to know if I could go. I knew before taking the job that they went there and was excited at the opportunity. So I went and got my twic and passport. Within a month of taking the job I got a misdemeanor and informed them. They kept me on but wanted to know if I could go to Canada still. I couldn’t get a clear answer over the phone or from the official websites, some things like here are at the discretion of the officer so it was best to try to go. So after dropping a load near Detroit I reserved a rental which is a whole sub story. Got to Ambassador bridge, wasn’t sure to hand over passport or license. Got cussed out and asked the same question over and over. Got detained and rental searched. I’ve never been arrested but they never asked. Sat for a few hours then was pulled into a room where the officer explained they found my recent misdemeanor and that they would have treated it differently in Canada. Gave me paperwork and stated not to come back before said and documented date.

Possibly your misdemeanour is a criminal offence in Canada
Tip,,,when you show up at any Customs border you want to present your self to the officer like you are going to be tapping his daughter tonigh
