As I hear through the grapevine, we get another pay raise this year. Two cents per mile for mileage drivers.

That would put the team rate at .6833 cpm

Anybody know what that puts the top solo rate at?

Haven't been to the meeting as yet - probably miss it again ( 7200 miles this week don't leave much time for meetings of any sort - unless its with my pillow)

    dennisroc and JohnstonCountyTrash Thank this.

Let me tell you, if OD was hiring anywhere near my home I would drop this gig I'm at immediately and go to work for them. I would run single or team with my buddy. I'm sure with my record I would be hired, even at 58.

Is OD really that well respected in the industry? I see their rigs up and down 95 all day long.

A friend of mine got hired on at OD with his wife but turned it down because of the lack of cushion for deliveries.

will be my second stop in this industry if I can help it. Waiting(hoping there will be a spot available still or again) til at least dec when company match in 401K vests. I view that cash as the payment for as yet unpaid miles I have to drive!!
Current banners for apps have been on the entry fence for about 4 months now? but have noticed since I started driving they come open to apps 3 times a year. Right about the start of each quarter except 1st.

All I can say is persistently apply - lots of personal contact - they're not one that has recruiters.

I know of one team out of FL. Been there for years.
Another FL based team would drive up to Atlanta to head out.
