Old Dominion Pay Raise

This morning I went to OD and did the computer paperwork, tax information, took an online test, went over rules and regulations... Then I took a drug test. After that I went back to OD and dropped off the drug test paperwork and got my picture taken for my employee ID. Tomorrow at 10am is my road test. All paperwork will go to corporate on Monday morning and I was told corporate will them know if I am good to go between 1-2 weeks..

Starting pay is $22.60 and in September the pay goes to $23.45 an hour. Not bad for a newbie fresh out of school!! :O)

 

I'm patiently waiting on my stuff to come back. I was quoted .548 cpm .56cpm LCV. If that goes up .2cpm? Wow! Glad I'm trying to make the move.

line haul or P&D which is the best with OD ?

 

Pay...what is the starting and cap pay for both if you know

 

Linehaul pays the most at any LTL. It has the worst schedule and time off though. Pay also depends if your going to busy terminal (big city) versus small terminals. If your in a small area you need to ask the TM and drivers cause P&D could pay more depending if you can only run once a week on linehaul.
