    I'm no longer there, b ut I wouldn't gripe too much, you're way ahead of the rest of the trucking industry.

    Consult High Point - HR or somebody in payroll for clarification.

    We started on base pay and went through the 2 year upscale, others had more driving experience and started at the 6month, year or even top scale.

    Becomes too much of a head crush if you compare yourself to others pay .

    We just got in there and ground out the miles.

    Good luck - congrats at getting a good job.

    I was actually making more at my other job. This was just closer to home. It would not be a problem if it weren't for the lying to me. He was trying to talk me into to coming over and changed a few details. It is the way the game rules changed not the rules themselves.

    Old post, but I'll still comment. That's awesome getting hired straight to OD. I just put in my application with them today. I've got 4 months experience working at Sodrel and graduated from their school (Safe Drivers Institute) Seeing some no experience guys getting hired there gives me hope that I'll get on. If I do, hopefully it'll be the last stop for me, and I spend the next 40 years there until I retire.
