Go to Menu, Tools then Service Centers. Enter your ZIP Code and the closest locations will appear. Call and ask to speak to the Terminal Manager (name will be listed underneath phone number). The TM will answer any questions you may have. Remember to apply at ODFL, you must have your Double/Triple, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.

In a few weeks I will be applying whether they have an opening or not. I am waiting to go on vacation to see my dad and step mom. Then it's Katy bar the door! I see they have a P+D opening right now in Nashville.

 

I spoke with them in Nashville today. You have to apply at the terminal on their computer. And you need an appointment as they only have one computer. I am going to call back next week and set an appointment. Right now there is no line haul positions open. They don't hire drivers willing to run team, well they don't pair people up. They will hire a team.

 

they seem hard to get on with in atlanta,I applied multiple times and got no phone call

My spouse and I are trying to find the best fit for us as new drivers and did not know if ODFL would be possible as newbies. Do you know if they take new team drivers? No, experience except my spouse but it has been over 10 years. Neither of us have ever had a record. No violations. Everything clean.

 

All you can do is try. Many terminal s are hiring.
