    Get a folding bicycle to take in the truck with you. Many drivers do this. Once you are assigned your own truck, you'll have plenty room inside to carry a folding bicycle.

    I’m not looking for a job where I’m gonna be out for several days at a time.

    I know those might pay more, but I want to be home on a regular basis and try to run as regular of a route as possible.

    Walk into some Crete Carrier driver's lounges, and it looks like someone's growing a crop of white cabbages on the couches.

    Seriously, if your health is reasonably good and you have a decent MVR and no violent felonies, you will have no problem finding a job.

    Yes. They do. 5 day work week. 10-14 hour days depending. I think most work one Saturday out of 4 (I’m a little different in that I work every weekend). Pay is ok. All straight time, no OT paid. Ask anything you may want to know.
