Does anyone know how old fabens Tx fast track exit 49 I10 just past horizon city is? Or how old National t/s fina station Vado Nm I10 exit 155 are? I heard triple T(Tucson truck terminal) on I10 in AZ was still open but I have not yet been there. This place was featured in the 1975 movie white line fever with Jan Michael Vincent and Kay Lenz.

These next ones I think are all from the 80s in SoCal. Maybe 70s I don't know exactly. Chiricau summit exit 173 I10 chevron is quite old. I think it's been there since the 50s or 60s. ( it only got electricity in like 1996). Otay Mesa 76 truckstop by the T.J. Border in San Diego last exit on 905(past the pilot) I believe is from the late 70s early 80s. As you come in to LA Fontana area on I10 are two from the late 70s early 80s as well. Exit 68 Rialto is I10 truckstop and exit 73 Colton is Colton is royal truckstop. Royals has a southern soul food restaurant(black owned and operated) that is to die for. Mary Stewart's. A sight for sore eyes if you are from the south.

Any of you guys on Facebook need to check out "Truckstops of Yesteryear" Always some old pics posted on that page and interesting stories to go along with them.

Nice page, too bad it's full of racist and ignorant comments, don't like to be called out about either, will quickly delete and block people who call them out on it, disgusting.

Amen! Sorry I recommended that. I saw a rather colorful conversation regarding a Bakersfield truck stop last night. It's a shame because there are a few guys that post some excellent info on there.

The Fabens and Vado stops probably date from the early 70's. I10 was laid through far west Texas and Southern NM through the 1960s. The old route US80 ran down what is now NM478 and TX20.

There used to be a truckstop next to the Anthony POE.
