Hello everyone, I am a recent CDL-A graduate and I would like an over the road trucking job where I can drive out west through the ozarks, the great plains, through the desert and mountains of the pacific northwest to the west coast. I don't care too much for the east coast all that much. I live in Alabama and I am new at this so any tips would be much appreciated. I would like to operate a flatbed someday (not trained yet) but that's my dream is to be an OTR flatbed driver. I have my Tanker endorsement but not the doubles/triples or hazmat.

    Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.

    &
    Home - Jones Brothers Trucking

I would steer clear of McElroy if I were you. They’re a strange, eccentric outfit. I would pick Melton out of those two.

May Trucking has a terminal in Pensacola, FL. You’ll run out west a lot with them as they’re headquartered in Brooks, OR.

If you want to see the country (Good & Bad), hire on to a Coast-to-Coast Reefer Produce Hauling company.

This. As long as you don't mind running in and out of California, you'll run across the desert a lot!

Right, a good coast-to-coast reefer company.
May Trucking Company – Performance. Reliability. Leadership.

    &
    For flatbed:
