I dunno. I have hauled for Midwest manufacturing out of pioneer Ohio many of times. The rate was 2.00 per mile plus FSC. I was loading concrete blocks in my reefer. Granted some times I was a tad heavy but meh. Oh well. Was a great way to get home from Detroit. Picked and delivered the same day. Never once had a problem getting paid, nor did I sit and wait 2 hours to get loaded. Mostly came strolling in around 10. Got loaded and headed to Indiana to unload. Stores were usually decent. NNot perfect but I was usually oPutin about an hour.

I have talk to midwest manufacturing in Valley Nebraska and the Menards DC in Shelby Ia.both in my area and both way to cheap.DC is still paying around 85. per mile. with their trailers and Midwest is around 110.
I spent a couple of days getting my paper work sent in to the Midwest Manufacturing just to have the manager space me off, acted like he could not hear me on his cell phone after answering it,pretty juvenile .I called back he would not answer so I got the secretary she said he was busy now.I decided I don't want to work with people like that.

Company I work for sent me to Menards once and it was multi stop in Chicagoland. Menards took forever to load me and then I had to navigate through tight turns and curves delivering all over Chicagoland suburbs with flatbed w/spread axle. I was company driver back then and not sure how much they paid. Im sure it wasn't much but company will send company driver like me cause they don't pay company drivers much and if they pay for the fuel they're already happy.
