Talked to a few of their drivers..they liked it..one had been there 8 years. You may want to check though..I think they do quite a bit of fed ex loads which can result in overnight driving...

    Maverick Griff Thanks this.

    Hey smokey,
Yes they do a lot of FedEx, My last job was overnights kinda liked it. I was surprised what the starting cpm was .59 hope they give good miles there it'll be a good place if you can get the miles.

Yes, I personally drove for them for several years. I no longer work for them.

How many years of driving experience do you have? You WILL run FedEx all night long. You will be expected to sleep randomly. They'll run you FedEx for 3 or 4 days then put you on a day run, so your sleep schedule will be totally screwed up. After I fell asleep 3 times driving their trucks I walked. They'll give you a load that delivers at 7am. You drive all day, shut down an hour from the receiver and unload at 7am. By 9am you're ready for a new load. Nope, they send you a FedEx load that doesn't leave until 10pm that night. So you slept all night, you only drove an hour and now they expect you to sleep all day and be ready to run Fed Ex all night.

Their safety team are idiots. They tried to blame me for being backed into at a truck stop saying I did nothing to prevent it. They FIRED another driver for the same reason.

    The maintenance shops are phenomenal.

The Memphis yard has a fantastic driver center.

Would I recommend them? If you can randomly sleep whenever, maybe so. But no, I say there are better companies out there.

All trucks are Cascadias. All trucks only come with a 1500w non pure sign wave inverter and a Tripac. That's it. Everything else is on you. You will find it rare to get more than 2500 miles in a week and most weeks you'll be about 2100-2300. You will HAVE to stay out at least 2 weeks. They do have prepass in their trucks. Trucks are 65 foot 68 cruise. They do NOT pay for scale tickets but will reimburse you if you submit a receipt for them. You will have to follow a stupid "fuel solution" sent to your truck for every load.
