Hello all..
I was curious if anyone out there has driven for Paschall truck Lines? I have done a bit of research on them and I do like the fact that they are employee owned company the only thing about them that doesn't sit well with me is that they really seem to push the lease purchase program. That aside again I was just really wondering if anyone out there had anything good or bad to say about them. Thanks

One of my neighbors, that I don't know, has been with them for a long time. I've seen the truck parked by on the street when he has home time for like 6 years. Mid roof Cascadia. Always brings the trailer with him.

Paschall has a big turnover for a smaller company. I'd rather work for R.E. West; they have a terminal somewhere in MI; it's on the website; maybe Grand Rapids, but not sure.

A friends son worked for them for a while. Disorganized mess is what he called them.

Forced teams for new drivers for 50k miles.
Ridiculous turnover...not uncommon for bottom feeders.
Junk equipment.

I've heard nothing but horrible things about them, but in all fairness, it was all only from current drivers
They'll hire felons
The last driver I talked to a couple weeks ago was a trainee and a felon.
He was drunk and his trainer was sleeping.
Said he was getting .15 cpmKillingTime and Hoodoo Voodoo Thank this. -
I simply observe their behavior out here, on the roads, and in truck stops.
Another mega stain on the industry.123456 and Hoodoo Voodoo Thank this. -
But they do drive a fine line... says so right on the trailer
MamaT66, KillingTime, 123456 and 2 others Thank this.
