    Not legally.

Accepted practice, sure, but unless it's intentional or gross negligence the employer cannot force the employee pay for damages. In certain states they can say "agree to pay for this or you're fired", but they can't withhold pay unless the employee explicitly agrees for a specific incident.

I call that a track record.

3 may have been deemed ‘not his fault’, but after a while you question why he is continually involved in these situations.

He swiped or hit a trailer and that wasn't his fault because nobody would have known if he hadn't called it in.

Another one was him backing under a trailer and he backed too far and damaged the tractor. That wasn't his fault because it was muddy and he had to accelerate hard to get unstuck.

I'm surprised people post stuff like this where everyone can see it.

I remember a coworker telling me he was going to be late because he pooped his pants and had to change. He didn't need to tell me that but at least he didn't post a video talking about it.

    I redact any previous statements.

    He has 2400 subscribers, I have 200.

I definitely need to get worse at what I’m trying to do.

2400 subscribers? Wow. I didn't think his videos had over 100 views.

In another video talking about what he doesn't like about Schneider is that they want you to GOAL every time you backup. They also are too focused on safety. I guess it wound up biting him in the rear.
