Peterbilt air brake problems

    A issue hapend on a 2010 peterbilt 386. When air pressure reach the max governor on a compresor the truck brake in self even when drive soon losse pressure stop doing but when building again to max before dryer trough the air brake again on self.

    Your English is a bit hard to understand. Do you have a severe air leak on your trailer? If I understand you correctly the “self braking” could be the trailer spring brakes applying when the tractor protection valve cuts off air to the trailer.

    Assuming this isn’t a troll post, have a mechanic check your brake system.
