Pilot employee hit driver with broom

I agree,without the trk drivers fueling and spending money in the store,trk stops wouldn't be in business.I'm not at all defending Pilot.What happened here was clearly an act of unprofessionalism big time.Customers are suppose to be treated with respect but I see it too often where it does not include trk drivers.To them we are scum.I do think if this was so important for him to move they should have called the cops.Of course he shouldn't have parked in a no parking zone,ppl don't plant them signs for decoration but I wonder why Pilot had to make a huge federal case out of it.Im going to see if they have Facebook and ask them or maybe go to their website.

 

Two wrongs never make a right, Maybe the driver parked illegally? maybe he was verbally abusive to the gay, but that still doesn't give him the right to attack him with a broom handle or what have you, But I do agree that something needs to be done about these Idiots blocking the fuel island to do their 30, going into shower, eat lunch, or what ever, I spent the night at the love's in Springfield, UT x260 on I15, walking in to the building had to walk past the fuel island and saw this idiot pissing right there at the island, after climbing back into my truck watched another idiot dump a gallon of piss right out his driver window and then drive off, Now I don't care if your a nasty ##### trucker and use your truck like a toilet, but have a little decency, and try washing your hands after using the restroom!

 

no good to call cops as its not an emegency. so by the time they get there the driver would have been gone. and thats asuming they will even get involved in a parking issue. I would also hate to see tuck stops use there own towing service as that leads to bad people hooking up trucks and cars only to hold them hostage even if they haven done anything wrong. happens all over the world. give me 500 bucks an Ill take the boot off. would your company pay that or would they make you pay it ? my guess is you would have to pay it yourself.
