I understand a clogged DPF will derate your engine. Also appears you might have an exhaust leak which is a safety hazard. At some point it would be better to bite the bullet and put in shop for however many days it takes to fix. Combine this time with your hometime. Who knows, if it takes too long they may issue you a new truck.
