Not all Prostars have the exact key code, but there is only 6 or so different keys, so it's easy to locate someone to help with a lockout. When I was at Poly, I delivered to a huge warehouse complex in the DFW area and an Arnold driver asked me to do the same thing (she saw the red truck and didn't read the name on the side - or on my shirt. She thought I was a UsXpress driver). Anyway, my key unlocked her truck. That is why I stopped carrying anything of real value in my Prostar.

Knowing Poly, and how they run their loaner truck system, you'll all probably be keyed the same, even after they replace all the old trucks.

Nice looking trucks. I'm pretty sure the 6X2 drive train with the super singles is a weight savings/fuel mileage move.

How high does the mileage need to be on our
current Intl's before they take them offline
and give us the upgrade to a Pete ?
    Anyone know ?

Not sure they go by mileage. Some of the old loaner Freightliners they had showed 700k+ on them when I drove them. I don't think they're expecting anything like that our of the Internationals, but since they just spent mega millions on the new plant, they might drag out the new truck purchases into the next fiscal year...you never know.

I will never drive another truck with a tag axle and super singles...You'll get stuck a lot of times.
