And when coming out of construction they maintain the lower construction speed limit for a few miles or until another truck ALMOST passes them. Then they hammer down.

There are several posted limits on 294. Varies between 55-65 MPH.

Don't worry driver. Jan 1, 2024 the national speed limit for vehicles over 10,000# will be 58mph and restricted to the right lane. As part of the annual inspection, the ECM will be checked to insure you are compliant.
