I agree with JFROG on the worthlessness of the prepass. If DOT wants to pull you in they are going to pull you in. Across the country at any given time only about 50% of the scale houses are open. One think I used to do was turn my lights on before I go to the scale house. Of course I didn't let them see me do this. But it let them do half the inspection without pulling me in and if all the lights were working they would let me pass.

But you on the other hand seem to like to come to the USA forum for no other reason but to whine and complain. As I said before I'm glad you like it at EPES. Just wondering why if you like it there so much do you spend so much time here?[/QUOTE]
I'm NOT whining and complaining! I come here because I have 2 friends that are STILL with USA! This is the only way to communicate with them. Also, I've been coming to this forum for a long time.....tell me where, on the USA truck forum I was "whining and complaining"? With more and more posts, you really do look like an idiot! -
Dinky. Take a look. It is you that is following me around blasting everything I say with stupid comments about USA and myself. Starting with I'm a paid cheerleader not a driver. I just respond to what you've said. If that's a problem then shut up about me and talk about something intelligent for a change. -
I'm about as much a paid cheerleader as you are a PAID BLOGGER! lol and no, I'm not following you around...just see through all the BS you talk!

Dumped PrePass about 4 years ago. Actually get inspected less now. I had been reading the CVSA's online magazine, The Guardian, and some LEO was saying what a great "enforcement tool" Prepass had turned out to be. Basically said they can prioritize who to inspect much better than in the past since they knew who you were before you hit the scalehouse, better time management for them, etc. Funny thing was my safety rating was excellent but I was still getting inspected often. All I could figure was they were assuming since I was a "little guy" my maintenance/logs would be poor. Who knows.
