Programs and realignment.

Our entire region did away with it. 4 or 5 screw offs that turned a 6-2 into a 5-3 screwed up the numbers so they looked like crap.

When any of you post incorrect information yes I will post a correction.

But as I have told everyone thinking of working here if they get an in person interview ask those questions then. HR will be the first person they talk to, and one of the first things is if the applicant has any questions. They will get straight answers from HR on pay and benefits.

Or they can try and sift through the BS folks keep posting on the interwebs because they were fired and are bitter.

BTW...I'm sitting here writing because that awesome Peoplenet that is going to save our company is down again and I cannot get a dispatch without it...maybe no one left who knows how to manually dispatch...or more people are leaving Bentonville to take jobs elsewhere before the layoff notice, than can be replaced...over 200 left to beat the sinking ship...awesome you think??

 

Giant hunk of crap, and the folks who spent three years developing this should be fired.

OD has been having issues with it but we did not heed the warning signs.

 

I took a Friday extra because i don't have a chance for a day cab until they switch up our utilization and my trucks depart time changed to daytime. I'll have Thanksgiving, Christmas day and new year's scheduled off. No complaints.
