    How did it get to that point anyway? Something else had to have happened along the way that led to the situation.

    Maybe she needed to be dumped out in the middle of nowhere. Not saying it's a good thing to do. But something like this doesn't happen out of nowhere...

    Small claims against an OTR driver is going to be difficult, at best. Think about it. What court to file in? How to get him served? Then collecting any judgement.
