Purchased a NEW truck, constant breakdowns, advice?

Well it has been 8 months since she came to trash talk the truck company.
Nothing for a conclusion was given, so I really don't believe the story. If the frame is bent at all, likely operator error. I believe about 4% of the threads started just to trash a repair shop, trucking company, truck brand.

 

You got a lemon. You should be able to exchange it for another one under lemon law. I'd get another truck anyways.

 

Yup like lets get the whole story. But we never will. Did the truck take a trip through the median etc?

 

I think WI is the only state that has a lemon law that also applies to class 8 vehicles.
