I will and will keep the case public here to make sure anyone who is considering going to work there knows how they are. I'm sure I've already been terminted, they won't speak to me and haven't in about three weeks now. No love lost at this point. I go see the States Dr on Saturday and they won't have much to dispute with him

Had a buddy go thru a similar workers comp situation in Texas, he got a free lawyer, ombudsman or some bs like that, they battled the workers comp insurance company to get him fixed right.. want to say the "ombudsmen " works for the state or something..

Well, the plot thickens. I got a rather large envelope in the mail today. It was survalance pics of me checking my mail, getting into my pickup, and ordering food at a fast food restaurant, along with the complete diary of my movementstuff for a period of about 10 days. Now, this is after my doctor give me a full release, except, he didn't want me to return to work without the Functiontest. I didnt do anything wrong, ontape of off. I just think it's very funny that they spent all that money and it didn't help them at all. I did find it amusing that a couple times he states that he lost me in route to where ever I was going. I live 15 miles in the country, and it's a 2 laneRd to town, must not have been a very good private eye, lol.

Like I said, lawyer up. Let this be a lesson to anyone ever hurt on the job. Your employer is NOT your friend.

I liked to fell out of my chair when I seen it, didn't think much about somebody snooping on me. Even had me on film filling up a tea glass at Taco Cabana! He was in the restaurant, lol! I wonder how much that cost them to sit out and stake me out for over a week to only catch me check my mail, wash a skillet with oven off, and get into my pickup, plus, of course eating some Tacos? Not really sure if he was supposed to send that to me though, I would think they would have kept it a secret. Plus the way the end was worded when it said "if we can be of any other help please feel free to call us". It came from the PI firm and appears to have been sent by the mail room. I sent me adjuster a very nice little note to let her know they sent it to me, lol.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! You say nothing, not a word, once it’s gotten to this stage, let your lawyer do the talking. And get a lawyer who specializes in compensation law. Not the guy who did the closing on your house, or wrote your granddaddy’s will.

Don’t understand why you’re using an adjuster, they’re OK for homeowners issues. But at this point you need a lawyer, as I stated in the previous reply, make sure to get an attorney who specializes in compensation law. You need a pit bull in a suit and tie! Don’t speak to anyone, unless your lawyer OK’s It first. The company will use your own words against you, I promise. No more calls to the state DOT too. Don’t attempt to get the company in trouble, take care of yourself. OR you can find out the hard way.

I'm not using an adjuster, QC uses one to administer the claim. The adjuster works for the insurance company.

I was about to say the same thing. I’m with QC and have been here almost 2 years. I can tell you first hand to get some boots - it’s getting deep in here.
