    The OTR job posted on the Schneider website for my area (Louisiana) states that it runs the 37 Eastern states. Would an OTR driver from my area ever get runs to the western states?

    My first run for Schneider went Phoenix to Charlotte. They like to keep me on the west coast. But a little bugging and your DBL will more than likely set something up with the planners.
