Question about Van Refrigeration

Start/stop is basically what it sounds. When the box temp gets to it's set level. The cooling unit shuts down unit box temperature rises to it's upper threshold and restarts cooling to the set point. Rinse and repeat. While this is energy saving it's not good for leafy things. Man, even berries like a constant temperature.
