    Hey guys.
My brother is considering joining the flock. We are considering teaming up, as we've always gotten along well, we work well together, and we live in the same household.
So I have a few questions about this.

    1) As I recall, a driver can become a trainer after 1 full year with Stevens. Am I correct?

    2) If #1 is correct, could I train my brother?

    3) How soon can we team up? Does he have to do Grad phase solo, or can he do it teamed?

    Thanks y'all!

    1) almost true... I thinknitnis one year solo... I just got a QC message that I was receiving it because I either am or will be eligible by Sept. I went over a year a couple of weeks back and will hit a year solo first part of August so I am not sure which, but I thinking said solo.

2 - I don't see why not, I think I recall husband and wife teams where one spouse trained the other... Check with Trkrshoney.

    3 - I have no Idea... Emul?

You simply need to clear the training issue with the training dept in advance. As long as you're qualified, there shouldn't be a problem.
Sometimes it's better to let them be trained by someone else so they get the advantage of another perspective.
    Each case is different.
