I’m going back to Shaffer for the 5th time and just got approved today. I didn’t read through the thread, but give it a shot. In my case, I left for family issues, but the company never treated me wrong. I think as long as you didn’t wreck a truck or piss anyone off, you should be good.

Update: I cannot drive with Shaffer because I don't have a year experience in the last 24 months even though I am a former employee. Just wanted to let everyone know.

They may not let you in the economy is bad right now and are being picky because of bad freight. I am also a former crete driver with over 1 year they turned me down fortunately was a blessing I am now working in oil field making far more then I would have with them sometimes a new door with offer something better...

I have a question about the Midwest Regional home on weekends. They say the average miles are only 1900 to 2200 miles. Which would not qualify you for the Quarterly bonus of 30,000 miles. Do they have a reduced mileage requirement for that division? Or you just know you will not get bonuses in that division.
