Questions about PAM!

UGH... I was .19 cpm team in Aug1988! Bumped to ~.21cpm after 6 months....winter 1989....

 

first. the pay is average. second the training is good. you have some HUMANS that dont listen or selectively forget in all companies. third. look up the csa scores for all trucking companies. oh look pam is right there near the top. again

 

Does she put out on the first date?

 

Dang 30 years later that's all they've raised it?

 

That wasn't with PAM...that was my pay with my first OTR company..... in 1988 ( 30 years ago)

 

They pay 30cpm start, 35 after 3 months with them. 44 team, 46 after 3 months. Not much......

 

Ask them two questions. How much for orientation and detention. You will find out how cheap they are and it wont get better.
