Check to make sure it UPS and not UPS Freight. I seen some UPS Freight jobs and they are not on the union side I think. It was driving all night but not like the regular UPS driver that get the union pay and benefits.

I still think that would be better than Schneider Intermodal and having to deal with union port workers. Those people can be a nightmare and make every day a bad day for truckers.
-
It is UPS Freight and its non union job. But what I know, all ups workers have same benefits
-
Is it working for UPS directly, or one of the 3rd party UPS providers?
Either way pay isn't the only thing to look at. Other benefits make a difference like insurance, vacation and such.lovesthedrive Thanks this. -

It is good for delivery drivers. I will be feeder driver. Probably delivering something to automobiles industry. Anyway, what is usually difference between union and non union. What I know UPS union have daily overtime, even if you have less that 40 hours a week, you have overtime
-
Overtime after 8 hrs.?

DHL is also big in package deliveries to the automobile industry.
We get most everything delivered now and it's UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx making home deliveries. -
the problem with Schneider is that you have the job as long as they have that contract. When the contract changes, so will the expectations of what work you will do
