I know they are making more than we are. Why do you need checks we are not recruiters. I could care less if you come here to work. Talk to a team on the CB like I did before we came here. Other Ltl teams are making as much as we are. Old dominion, Saia and Estes are a few I talked to.

Rl offers no sign on bonus. EDIT... I HAVE HEARD THEY ARE NOW OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS TO TEAMS. IM NOT SURE THOUGH. SOMEONE SAID ITS ON OUR SIGN IN WILMINGTON. Your bonus is better pay . We also don't have referral bonuses. There are no advances either Don't need them. We don't have fuel cards because we fuel at our terminals. Some teams do get fuel cards though.

I don't think it was directed towards you. Doesn't matter anyhow. This guy's always posting his checks on his diary, and judges how good it is to work for a company by how many luxury vehicles he sees in the parking lot.

Anyone here currently run as a system driver? just wondering how that works. i'm assuming you get a sleeper truck and sent anywhere(no dedicated runs)? also what kind of schedule do you have to run, is it all night driving?

Are system drivers paid by the mile or by the run?

They are paid by the run.

But isn’t the run pay based on a mileage rate?

They have a set rate per run. I'm not sure if its based on a set per mile. Our run pays 372 for 530 miles. Works out to about 70cpm.

That's a house ### deal on that run. I'd make $317 on 530 for now.
