Does R+l have a big turn over rate?

Are the trucks for line haul governed?

i work out of the china grove term and yes their always hiring, there trucks run about 68. i noticed estes is doing some hiring i put my app. in.

 

Guess it depends on the terminal. Our terminal keeps drivers a long time. We do have some new guys not stay long but they are the jobhopper type. You know 6 months here, 3 months there.

 

Is overtime offered? And if so after how many hrs ?

 

Overtime offered after 40 hrs?

 

no ot ever,not 50 60 hrs.

 

Yeh No overtime for drivers. 26.47/hr top out after 3 yrs. I work out of the Wilmington terminal. Corporate headquarters.. turnover rate low here. I average 48-53 hrs a week.

 

here in china grove our top pay is 24.52, i'm at 20.32.........sigh.

 

What I was told is they take the top 5 ltl hourly pay in your area and take the average to figure each tetminals pay.
