So you have a few trucks and wish to use the ELD-50 for fleet?

 

The fleet manager needs to create them under “management” and add user’s then he assigns the driver an email, driver id , password etc. He gicves that to the driver and he goes and logs into the app. He will need WIfi on this setup initially

1st user is created on the app. 2nd and more users and devices are created on the portal. Driverconnect.randmcnally.com they’ll need the e-mail address and password for the first user to gain access.

They don’t. the fleet manager has to do that in the potal. If a driver trys to create a user then it’s going to ask for the USDOT. Since the account is already created when the user is added in the portal the request for the DOT is not required

So you as the "Fleet" have to create the users in your portal. Assign them an E-Mail, driver ID, and Password. Then the user uses this to log into their system...

 

Ok, got it. Since I was first driver to sign up with RM50 Im fleet manager now so I will have to add additional drivers through portal.

 

Correct.. but you must log in as an Admin, not an user. If your log in is a user level, then you have to create a Admin login.

 

If I uninstall app and then reinstall will it erase my logs/data from phone? I just dont want to loose my logs/data.

How do I enable Personal Conveyance and Yard Moves for additional driver?
