    There is no "updated ELD50" that I'm aware of ... Seems to be confusion between the actual ELD and whatever device it is paired with and loaded with the driver connect software.

    You may have purchased one of the very first eld 50 that’s been sitting on the shelf,take it back purchase one That have a red sticker that say android and iOS capabadibly

    There are two hardware versions. A 1.0 and a 1.1 I belive.
    @Mark Kling is that not correct? Also, other than a ios sticker, is there a way to tell apart?

    I had all kind of problems with the android only eld-50 now That i have had the android and iOS capably for the second week no freezing no lagging haven’t put me in drive while in sb..milage and location have been up to date fuel is tracking and reporting

    Version 1.0 - Andriod
    Version 1.1 - Andriod/IOS (Mac)

    Look at the serial number tag and see if it says the version. I have not been to a Truck Stop yet to look at the box. If anybody does find one, post a pic please.

    As far as the drive line issue, RM is testing a version that "should" resolve the issue. It is going into test next week.

    Mark ... Great ... What the heck are we supposed to do in the meantime ? I now have numerous days of logs with erroneous violations, endless hours of non-stop driving, etc. I haven't certified my logs since Dec. 28th 'cause the 29th is totally out of whack and there's no way to fix it at the user or web-portal level.
