Don't do that. Save that for your retirement, so it can work for you in the meantime.

My old neighbor is a package car driver for UPS, and those video's are pretty accurate it's really pretty funny. He's been doing it a long time to like 30 odd years or something like that.

My first day out on my own with the beer company LOL! Was almost probably thus far one of the worst days of my life I got slaughtered and eaten alive out there. So I know all about getting defeated, I've been there before.

I for one hate taking time off for two reasons.

One, we can cash out our vacation weeks at the end of the year, so that's a lot of extra money I can use.

Two, I'm too afraid of what will happen while I'm gone. My luck, I'll come back to find my truck trashed and my liftgate broke in half.

I have a window sticker the company gave me with my 25,000 hour safety award. I'd feel like a complete ### if I were to come back from vacation and have to drive around with my ORIGINAL rust covered front bumper that got bent in half while I was off with that sticker in the back window.

That was my first thought. It is unfortunate that my work conditions are to a point where I would consider liquidating that. It's on the table but I rather not go that route.

The UPS driver at Tower City in down town Cleveland, Ohio was telling me back when I ran down town on Mondays, that there is a guy at the UPS shop who runs the route exactly how the dummies in the office tell him to run it and he's kind of an old timer and he knows better, but he figures there all stupid and has decided not to fight with them any more so he does exactly what they say and runs the route exactly how they tell him to and he's always out late and is always the last truck back ha-ha!

Funny. My first truck was a linehaul truck from some dude that worked for us ten years ago. Had a big sticker on both doors. ONE MILLION MILE SAFE DRIVER. BOB MARSH. I always thought it was bad ju-ju driving around in a truck with someone else's safety award placarded on my doors. On a plus note, DoT never messed with me when I rolled over their scales.

Sysco Cleveland does the same the Monday after Super Bowl Sunday they had 16 call offs and they let 16 routes sit and pushed everything back a day.
