    Well, if I were running this show there would be some big changes made.

    The favoritism would end on day 1. Seniority would count again.

    A job well done will get you complimented. Stupidity will get you a stern talking to. Repetitive stupidity will get you fired.

    You want to be respected? Easy, go out an earn it. How do you do that? Easy, get your work done on a regular basis with a minimum of complaints.

    Productivity standards would be enforced consistently, regardless of any employee’s skin pigmentation, but on the flip side of that there would be policies made intended to streamline a driver’s productivity so the ones that STILL can’t get it done can be shown the door in short order.

    I have no use for anyone that’s paid well to do a job and sucks at it.

    Got cancelled for weather the first time this winter. I expected it all day, but when I called in before leaving the house it was "You're still set up to go, come on in."

    Halfway to the yard, I get the call to turn around and head back home.

    NEMF equipment is astonishingly horrible looking. They must pay well because I can’t imagine wanting to drive those junk heaps they have.

    My bid tractor was sent out to repair an air leak 2 weeks ago. Just seen another driver in it pulling his dolly around the yard here in Windsor Locks. Wtf is he doing with my truck?
