What would be more legitimate? Well, them changing your percentage of gross pay without telling you. Them limiting the amount of freight you have access to would be more legitimate. Them paying you $15 instead of $25 for randomly pressing a mouse button for 20 minutes? That just seems like a silly thing to be complaining about. Training lol..... I call it button pushing.

and what would be a legitimate amount to complain about? The amount isn't the issue, it's the fact that you're still getting paid to basically do absolutely nothing. The CBTs are a joke.

Yeah, I'm a company man for sure. The random button pushing/training is of the utmost importance for driver safety. You got me there! I'm a schneider yes man, except when i'm making fun of their cbt's I suppose

Unfortunately it's not just SNI, it is companies everywhere and in all industry. There are many that seek to cut where ever possible to be more competitive and profitable.

Schneider uses their size as a recruiting tool. So when you get there they use their size to cut driver pay?

I only got paid $10 for it.

Of course, I wasn't really doing the CBT, I was sitting on my couch watching football and clicking the mouse every minute.

    $25-$15=$10

Most of us learned subtraction in the second grade. I guess our reasoning skills were acquired at a later age, but one would think you could figure out that the $10 was the reduction in the amount he was paid. But here you are calling someone else a clueless wonder lol
