5/2 -5/3 and the 6/3 are the same amount of days a year +/- a couple depending.
6/3 means needing to save time so you can run on your 6th day. It has already been stated anyone not meeting average performance on the 6th day (lack of hours) will be held accountable by removing them from program.
You will never "extend" because your always working 6.
As stated most working days a year is a five day.
