This is a new one for us. We just arrived to get loaded and when the trailer was opened, there was one pallet of product sitting in the trailer from the previous load this early morning. We received clean bills from that load, but don't know what to do with the pallet? We contacted the broker who is not picking up. What would you do?
Receiver forgot 1 pallet, clean bills

Why didn't your driver check the trailer before leaving the delivery? What if they jacked up your trailer?

What product? You have clean bills... there was no product left. You can dispose of what ever “trash” was left in your trailer,as you see fit.

Thanks. Yes, definitely our bad for not double checking the trailer- has nothing to do with laziness by the way, thank you.
Waiting to hear back from the broker as to what to do with it. Looks like it was an extra pallet accidentally loaded by the shipper.Lite bug, bzinger and truckdriver31 Thank this. -
