This is a new one for us. We just arrived to get loaded and when the trailer was opened, there was one pallet of product sitting in the trailer from the previous load this early morning. We received clean bills from that load, but don't know what to do with the pallet? We contacted the broker who is not picking up. What would you do?

    truckdriver31 Thanks this.

Why didn't your driver check the trailer before leaving the delivery? What if they jacked up your trailer?

    Product is property of broker.

too easy. drivers know days depend on security guards too shut there doors. I cant tell you how many drivers i see with tandem handles pulled out and wheels slide to rear. getting on a public road. just plain lazy.

What product? You have clean bills... there was no product left. You can dispose of what ever “trash” was left in your trailer,as you see fit.

first you need to own up to your mistake. then work with company or broker on getting other peoples freight to them. also make sure it wasnt a rejected pallet by last del point

Thanks. Yes, definitely our bad for not double checking the trailer- has nothing to do with laziness by the way, thank you.
Waiting to hear back from the broker as to what to do with it. Looks like it was an extra pallet accidentally loaded by the shipper.

Haha I wish. The broker said that we will most likely have to take it back. Its a waiting game now

I know! Sadly, its cheese. Cheese that is in every empty store. This load is worthless in these times
